09.09.02 It's Done! DONE! The Sexy Chef is done! Ok, now that's out of the way, sorry for being largely incommunicado. It's not like I have much of an excuse, but hey, the movie's done! This last week, I forced Ty to watch the latest audio cut one more time and we've decided that it's 'good enough'. Plus, I'm pretty sure that if I continued working on the sound, I'd end up obsessing on it for the next 7 years. So what's it all mean? Ty and I are currently looking into DOING something now that we have a completed FILM! We've got together with CK and Dave, have the beginnings of a marketing plan, and have been pumping tapes out in the mail to festivals. Website will be updated shortly. DVD will be made of the final cut in the upcoming week (fingers crossed). This also means, we're ready for a hometown showing! Plans are already in the works for an event at a local theater, with a party following. Dates and plans will be forthcoming. Thanks again everyone!
